Thank you for considering Chef Jasmine & 1101 Southern Kitchen to service your culinary needs. To ensure that I have an opportunity to gather all the needed information to give you an accurate quote, a consultation is required for all services except the Romantic Dinner for 2. After our consultation, once you decide to move forward with the booking process, an invoice will be sent to your email, where a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total will be due to secure your event date. The remaining balance will be due one week before your event and 15 days before for wedding catering. (A reminder email may be sent out). Please note that the only way to hold your date is to pay your deposit. If your deposit is not paid, the date is still open and may be booked by someone else. Consultations & menu creations do not hold dates only paid deposits. Bookings dates and times are set once the deposit is made. Charges may occur for date change or additional service time. Once deposit is made, guest count can only increase and can not decrease. Sales tax & service fees will be added to all invoices. Gratuity is not mandatory but greatly appreciated. Cancellations with refunds can be made up until two week prior to the event date. Refund amount will vary based on event, style, and work already completed. Tastings are also available when deciding a menu and have a $30 per person non-refundable fee.
